Some great activity in this one.
Tuned the band early to ensure everything was ok and heard the CWOPS running, then noticed a few guys were handing out locators... dam I missed it and I read the times wrong, oh well went down the band to call DX.
Then noticed an hour or so later the band was full of runners, using locators as an exchange...
Ok, really confused now. What the heck, find a spot and have a run for a bit. So despite checking an hour earlier I still managed to start quarter of hour late.
The real exercise anyway was to put a signal on the band make some qsos and take a few measurements.
